The ZEMEX trademark provides warranty service for all its products. In case of breakage or defect detection, you must pass the rod for examination, or provide high-quality photo material to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. If the experts recognize the case as a guarantee, then the necessary part or the rod will be replaced as soon as possible. In cases where the rod is removed from production, we provide customers with the opportunity to hand over the old rod and get its updated version at a special price. Service is provided by the company during the warranty period of exploitation. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase of the rod at official ZEMEX points of sale.
